The Port of Fishguard is located on the Western side of
Fishguard Bay, to the west of the Town Centre of
Fishguard.
The town of Fishguard makes a good base for the lovely
surrounding countryside of the Pembrokeshire Coast
National Park.
Fishguard
is famous for being the site of the last invasion of
Britain in 1797, and as well as having many fine
historical buildings, it is also the venue of a popular
annual music festival.
Directions by car
From the south follow the A40 from Haverfordwest which
is linked via the A40 & A48 to the M4 near Swansea.
From the north follow the A487 from Cardigan.
Fishguard is located at the junction of the A40 & the
A487.
Follow the signs to the Ferry Port which is situated 1
mile north west of Fishguard Town Centre.
